Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, VALDAN LLC ships to addresses within the continental United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. If you have questions about shipping availability to your area, please reach out to our support team.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
